Restoration of the Monumental Facades and Roofing of the Magistral Villa on the Aventine Hill, Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Rome. 2023/2025

The Villa of the Priory of Malta, also known as the Magistral Villa, on the Aventine Hill, is the historic seat of the Grand Priory of Rome of the Knights of Malta, now known as the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. It also houses the Order’s Embassy to Italy.
The works included the replacement of the roof, the installation of a lifeline system, energy-efficiency measures, and the restoration of all facades and window and door frames.
