Redevelopment of the Tassinari Clò Library

Tassinari Clò Library – Redevelopment and refurbishment works on buildings to be used as shared spaces for social inclusion and innovation activities – Bologna – 2021/2022

Improvement works aimed at increasing the structural safety of the building compared with the existing construction. In addition to the seismic improvement works carried out using the “Beton Plaque” technique, consisting of strengthening reinforced concrete beams with structural steel plates, the following works were also carried out: installation of steel columns, waterproofing of the roof terrace, replacement of flooring, restoration of internal plasterwork and painting of the interiors.
